US SMS service request

This form initiates the process of requesting a connection to send/receive SMS to US subscribers through the LabsMobile platform.

The service includes a dedicated 10DLC number for the requesting account that will be assigned at the end of the process.

This procedure and the required information is an indispensable condition according to the regulations of the US/Canadian carriers.

This procedure consists of the following steps:

1. Sending this application form.

2. Communication to the carriers, brand registration (1-2 working days).

3. Campaign registration (up to 4 weeks depending on the registration queue).

4. LabsMobile configuration and testing.

5. Confirmation to the customer and start of service.
