Account validation

Through this form you will be able to provide additional data for the validation of your account on the LabsMobile platform.

This procedure and the required information is a prerequisite for our technicians to verify your identity, the responsible parties and the required SMS usage.

This procedure consists of the following steps:

1. Sending this data request form.

2. Carrying out the validation process of the responsible person by providing a selfie and a photograph of an official document.

3. Verification of the information sent (up to 48 working hours).

4. Communication on the resolution of the validation process. In case it is positive, the account is put into production and the first purchase is validated by adding the credits to the account balance.
